Bubbleroom Member is Bubbleroom’s loyalty program. Membership is the key to earning points on all your purchases, bonus checks, member offers, and unique benefits when you shop at bubbleroom.dk.
You become a member of Bubbleroom Member by signing up and accepting our membership terms. You can sign up [here]. Once registered, you can immediately enjoy your membership benefits and start earning points.
Members must be at least 16 years old. Membership is personal and non-transferable. To ensure you don’t miss out on bonus points and member offers, remember to log in to your account when shopping.
You can log in via the icon at the top right of the page or directly at checkout.
If you haven’t made any purchases as a member or shown any activity on your account — for example, by logging in — within 24 months, your membership will automatically be terminated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to cancel your membership or update your information, go to My Pages → Settings → Security Settings.
No, membership is completely free of charge.
We usually communicate via email and other digital channels. You can log in to My Pages to update your contact details or change your preferences for the type of communication you wish to receive from us.
Membership Levels

Your membership level is based on the number of points you have earned during the past 12 months.
Your earned points are valid for 12 months from the date they were issued.
There are three membership levels. Your level depends on how many points you’ve earned during the past 12 months. You can view your points under Membership on My Pages.
- 0–999 points in the past 12 months = Member
- 1,000–2,999 points in the past 12 months = Plus Member
- 3,000+ points in the past 12 months = Premium Member
Your membership level is based on the number of points earned over the last 12 months. Once you’ve collected enough points to reach the next level, you’ll automatically be upgraded and keep that level for 12 months.
Your membership level depends on the points you’ve earned in the past 12 months. You remain at your level for 12 months, after which you’ll be downgraded if you haven’t earned enough points to stay there.
You can always move up to a higher level again. Even if you move down a level, you remain a member and can still receive bonus checks, though with fewer benefits.

Points and Bonus
FAQ
You earn points on your purchases once you’ve signed up as a member and identify yourself at checkout.
For every DKK 1 you spend, you earn 1 point. These points are converted into a bonus check at the next payout if you reach one of the bonus levels.
DKK 1 = 1 point
- 1,000 points = DKK 25
- 2,000 points = DKK 50
- 3,000 points = DKK 75
If you have an active bonus check, you can see it on My Pages under Membership and at checkout under “Gift card, discount code & bonus check” when logged in.
We make bonus payouts four times a year. If you have enough points in your balance, we’ll issue your bonus to your member account and notify you via email or SMS.
Your points are awarded 30 days after the purchase date to allow for possible returns or cancellations.
You do not earn points for returned or canceled items. Until then, your points will appear as Pending points.
When you have an active bonus check, it is added to your membership and can be activated at checkout.
To activate your bonus, you must be logged in and click “Gift card, discount code & bonus check” at checkout.
You must meet the conditions to use your bonus check. Each bonus check has a minimum purchase amount, which you can find under the terms for your active bonus check on My Pages.

No, unfortunately, you cannot. Always remember to log in to your account when shopping.
All products qualify for bonus points except the purchase of gift cards.
Fees such as shipping or invoice fees do not generate bonus points.
No, you cannot use your bonus check to pay for a gift card or redeem it for cash.
If you return part or all of your purchase, the bonus check will not be reinstated or credited to other items in that order — it will be considered used.
Your bonus is a discount, not a payment method. The discount value from your bonus check is distributed across all products in your order, not on the total amount.
This means that in case of a return, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid per product.
Example:
You order two products and use a bonus check worth DKK 25. The amount is split between the two products, meaning a discount of DKK 12.50 per item.
If each product costs DKK 100, you pay DKK 87.50 per product. If you return one of them, you’ll be refunded DKK 87.50.

Yes, you can combine your bonus check with a discount code when you shop.
