Bubbleroom Member Terms and Conditions
As a member of Bubbleroom Member, you’ll enjoy a fantastic shopping experience and many benefits.
Your membership is completely free! You become a Bubbleroom Member by signing up and accepting our membership terms.
Bubbleroom Member is a loyalty program where you collect points on all your purchases, which are then converted into bonus checks. You’ll also receive discounts, other benefits, and both general and personalized offers based on your preferences. The benefits increase and improve with each membership level you reach.
This membership agreement is subject to Bubbleroom’s membership terms. Our general terms and conditions apply to all your current and future purchases at Bubbleroom. This agreement is valid until further notice, and you can cancel your membership at any time. You can easily terminate your membership or update your details under “My Pages.”
As soon as you’ve signed up, you can enjoy your member benefits and start earning points. Members must be at least 16 years old. To ensure you don’t miss out on bonus points and member offers, remember to log in to your account when shopping.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. If it turns out that incorrect information was given during registration, your account may be closed. Be careful with your login details and handle them securely. As a member, you are ultimately responsible for your login information.

These membership terms apply between you as a private individual and New Bubbleroom Sweden AB (556699-9214), Box 922, S-501 10 Borås. By registering as a member of Bubbleroom Member, you accept these membership terms.
These terms may be updated. In case of major changes, we will send the updated terms to your registered email address. If you disagree with our changes, you always have the right to terminate your membership. If your membership is terminated, your points will be canceled.
Bubbleroom reserves the right to terminate your membership, for example, if there is suspicion of misuse or unauthorized use. If you have been inactive for 24 months, your membership will automatically be canceled. Inactivity means that you haven’t made a purchase or updated your consent during this period.
Membership Levels
There are three membership levels. Your level depends on how many points you have earned in the past 12 months. You can see your points under “Membership” on “My Pages.”
- 0–999 points in the past 12 months = Member
- 1,000–2,999 points in the past 12 months = Plus Member
- 3,000+ points in the past 12 months = Premium Member
Your earned points are valid for 12 months from the date they were issued. When you have earned enough points to reach the next level, you will automatically be upgraded and retain that level for 12 months. After that, you’ll be downgraded if you haven’t earned enough points to maintain your current level. You can always move up to a higher level. Even if you move down a level, you remain a member and can still receive a bonus check, but with fewer benefits.
You can view your membership level and benefits on “My Pages” under “Membership.” To offer this, we need to process personal data such as your purchase history.
My Pages
As a Bubbleroom Member, you have access to “My Pages,” where you can:
- View and edit your personal information
- See your order history
- Check your current bonus
- View your personalized offers
- Choose whether to opt out of direct marketing via post, email, and SMS
- Cancel your membership
Points and Bonus
You earn points on your purchases once you’ve signed up and identify yourself at checkout. For every DKK 1 spent, you earn 1 point. These points are converted into a bonus check at the next bonus payout if you reach one of the bonus levels.
DKK 1 = 1 point
To receive a bonus check, you need to collect:
- 1,000 points = 25 DKK
- 2,000 points = 50 DKK
- 3,000 points = 75 DKK
Bonus payouts occur four times a year. If you have enough points, the bonus is added to your member account and you’ll be notified via email or SMS.
Your points are awarded 30 days after the purchase date to allow for returns or cancellations. You won’t earn points for returned or canceled items. Until then, your points will appear as “Pending Points.”
If you have an active bonus check, you can see it on “My Pages” under “Membership” and at checkout when logged in. The bonus check is linked to your account and can be activated at checkout. You must be logged in to view or activate your bonus check. You can track your bonus level on bubbleroom.com.
You must meet the conditions for using your bonus check. Each bonus check has a minimum purchase amount, stated under the conditions on your active bonus check at “My Pages.” Bonus checks may have different validity periods, which are shown under “Membership” on your active coupon.
All items qualify for bonuses except gift cards. Fees, such as shipping or billing fees, do not generate bonuses. You cannot use your bonus check to purchase gift cards or redeem it for cash. Points cannot be added retroactively—always log in when shopping.
If you return part or all of your purchase, the bonus check will not be reinstated or credited to other items in that order and will be considered used.
It is a discount, not a means of payment. The discount value is distributed across all products in your order, not on the total amount. This means that in case of a return, you will be refunded the amount you paid per product.
To offer and communicate your bonus and member benefits, we must process personal data such as your purchase history, national ID number, email address, and phone number.
Personalized Offers
As a member, we want to send you relevant offers and discounts we believe you’ll enjoy. To do this, we need to process your personal data. This processing allows us to improve the offers you receive and tailor them to your interests. You can find more details in our Privacy Policy here.
To fulfill this purpose, Bubbleroom analyzes information collected about you, including your membership level, to understand which personalized benefits suit you best. For example, we use your data to offer you special deals on products we think you’ll like. Because our analyses are based on member preferences, different members may receive different offers, discounts, and communications.
Limitation of Liability
Bubbleroom is not liable for system failures or errors or any consequences thereof. Bubbleroom assumes no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from exclusion, modification, or termination of the membership program, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, if you reside outside Sweden, these general terms may be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, which may grant you additional rights. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your membership shall be resolved by the competent court in Sweden unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If you have complaints about your Bubbleroom membership and have been unable to resolve the issue with Bubbleroom’s customer service, you may submit your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
The ODR platform allows consumers and traders in the EU to attempt to resolve disputes about goods purchased online without going to court. The portal is free, user-friendly, and available in all official EU languages. You can find it here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If specific contractual provisions prove invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms. In such cases, the parties shall replace the invalid provision with an effective and enforceable one.
